Buddy and went out with Capt. Mike on the "new" Starfish on Saturday and had a great day with cbass, porgy and blues. Fished the deepwater reef and had drop and reel action on clam and squid. Lots of just short cbass, lots of fat porgy and small to medium size blues (althought the pool winner was a gator). I cut up my blues for bait and did well adding some nice seabass. Two of us ended the day with 22 cbass, 5 fat porgies and probably 10 blues. non stop action all day. Boat had 30+ anglers but was plenty comfortable and no issues. Hoping to get back out with Mike before he switches over to tog.

Give the new vessel a look - rides nice and fishes well.

thanks Skipper!

Gona go Saturday again on SF for one more shot at sea bass before they move too far out for the normal 10-12 hr trips. At my age (55) I find the 18 hr trips just too much work and too long of a day. Dropping 12-16 oz 200+' is too much like work!
