You know the deal! I'll drag you around backwards for awhile in My FORD:D Then, when it gets nasty out, you, stinkyfinger, and booosssstededed can ride in my wash :D :p

Ahhh, all in good fun. I will admit, I do like your Cape Horn, But I still wouldnt give up the ol' Bert... I wouldnt mind the CH or a 30-34' Davis inboard diesel CC...

always be vigilant with your maintenance. When you inspect/fix/replace on one motor, do the same to the other. Have redundant systems for backup. By being hyper vigliant, it will decrease the potential for offshore fixing, although freak things happen. In 20 + years offshore fishing I never had to change a fuel filter at sea bc i always was on top of stuff. Never had to change any filters. Had fuel line break, driptless shafts burn up, lost a thru hull fitting.

But we have to wait 3 hrs for You to get to the Ocean from Your slip in the Pineys
Plus the Greenheads and Skeeters coming out of Your cockpit will get all over our windshield after Your stinky Detriot exhaust kills them:wave::wave::D:D

BTW We are giving Boosted to You
We got what we needed out of Him and the chances of Him catching another winning fish are like 31562504775538836761887778818725455266770000000000 to 1:wave:

On my 2nd 7.3 PowerStroke 475,000 on the 91 and 340,975 on the 2000. It's about time for a new one but Ford still has issues with the 6.0 & 6.4's the new engine isn't coming out until June Don't know if the old girl will make it I hate to change. Dad had Chevy's all his life got him talked into a ford in 96. Hate to double back on him.

I had a couple Ford Rangers and they ran great for me, but needed to trade it in when my wife was pregnant because I needed a crew cab with the kids. Couldn't afford a new full size and don't need to tow, so I ended up with a Chevy Colorado and it's been a great little truck for us. Tons of cab room for a small truck and the little 220 horse I5 is a fun little motor to drive. I like this GM 4L60E tranny better than the 5 speed auto in my Rangers...they shifted a little sloppy and don't seem to hold up as well as the 4L60 GM.

If I need to tow, I'll borrow Rob Catoia's monster Chevy Duramax or Rob Haines Monster Ford 7.3L Powerstroke! It's all who ya know! :) :D

Oh yeah, I run a center console with a full enclosure and would NOT trade it for the world...not even a big sporty. If I hit the bonus million, you'll see a 41' Hydrasports, 42' Yellowfin, or 40' Jupiter churning mud trying to get out of Snug Harbor and there is no way I'd follow a pair of stinky Detroits to the boonies! I'll take my chances with 10 foot seas before I die from inhaling those exhaust fumes! :D

Ahhhh, nothin' like the smell of a good running 2 stroke diesel to get ya goin in the morning!

You guys are just jealous that you dont get work around that awful, foul smelling, slippery substance :D

I hate the smell of raw diesel, but the smell of a good hot running diesel makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up  :D

As to the video, we were one of the few that caught that day, and released multiple fish... I'll take gaffing fish over wearing a belt any day of the week :p
