Asking this for a friend up here in Pa. Looking for a place to do some clamming back bays behind Wildwood. The guy needs access by walking as he does not have a boat. Any ideas where I can tell him to try? Also, what's the deal on clamming license for out of state residency?

Can't help with the location behind Wildwood. The fee for a non resident recreational license runs $20 plus $1 notary fee. It entitles you to 150 clams per day and is good for June, July August and September. License should come with regulation book and maps showing waters you can and can't clam in and hours etc. Fewer stores selling licenses nowadays but I believe Hodge Podge in Avalon and Capt Tates sell them. A phone call before the trip could confirm.
