Brent,
It has took a dip the last few days with the South/SouthWeat Winds.
Varied between 66-71 on the AC Surf the last 24hours.I noticed CapeMay has been steady still in the upper 70's..
Late last night when those winds shifted NE around Barnegat the temps jumped right back up big time...

I thought it was my imagination, took a dive off the dock yesterday expecting 80ish water... Got on the boat and checked... 72! Outgoing tide. Then took a ride before sunset and saw nothing but 79....

I dont think its an error. The water temp realy did take a big dip. I know at IBSP the water temp went down to 65 degrees. This just might get them big stripers on the feed again.

After any good storm and offshore blow water temps can drop 10 degrees plus overnight (ya get the upwelling effect).

The NE blow will warm it right back up.
