I need alittle help. I am meeting my boss next week in OC (While he on vacation, and I'm getting paid to be on my boat). He wants to take his kids crabbing on my boat. any good areas behind OC or Somers point to get the kids into some crabs.

not my usual area to fish, thanks for any help.

ReddFish,
I would check in with both Fin-Atics/OC and Dolphin Dock/SP to check in on the latest information about the crabbing that is going on in the area this week...
Other then that, just look for the usual productive spots back there.Like anchoring up
in front of one of the many sod islands during a incoming tide..The crabs will come to you ...

Good Luck ,Maybe If You Load Up With A Crab Fiest
A Raise($$$) will be in store for you..

be prepared for a slow day not many crabs up the tuckahoe that i know of
commercial guys really cleaned it out!!!!!!!!!!!
i used to catch the [email protected]# out of them there
the last 7 years im lucky if i catch a half dozen in a day were a few years ago i remember catches well over a bushel in less than 2 hours
now you have to measure cause they are so small

take a inner tube and drag the kids behind the boat in the cedar water
the water is real warm and the kids will love it just be carefull of the current
it really rips!!!
