Lost my boating liscence in the bay when I was 11 or 12, about 4 years later a man that lived on my street pulled it in a shrimp net, and returned it in the same condition.

A week after 911, the night that they started to fly again I was kayaking in Great Bay. I lost my cell phone overboard, double bagged in hefty gripper zipper bags. I assumed I would never see it again and got another one with the same #. A week before Christmas A clammer called my # and left a message that he had my phone. He had the same style, charged it and got the # and called. He found the phone aprox. 6 miles away and it still worked. Now anytime I want to keep something dry I use hefty bags. I Emailed hefty and recieved no reply.

I know where you boy gets it. I think his chance of getting one of his 47 cell phones that he has dropped over board are pretty good.
