If I'm on the Delaware side and have a DE fishing lic and catch a legal flounder and I'm docked at Port Norris, am i allowed to keep it after the NJ season closes?

Ahhh thanks Mike... I'm new to this internet thing

The reference was more to point out that just being in NJ waters with a fluke when the season is closed is illegal... even if you caught it and plan on docking in DE.


Years back when the fluke regs were horribly diffrent, the game wardens would watch people drifting back and forth across the line, and hand out tickets left and right.

If you want a fluke when the NJ season is closed.... dock in DE, catch it in DE, and stay in DE waters.
