Donations update #2

Just want to thank everyone so far for their donations. The kids are so pumped up. Now that it's almost march, I have started to setup the rods, reels, and lines, as well as make rigs for easy changing. So far I have bought 20 gammi panfish circle hooks, and I will probably get some bigger ones to use for minnows for bass. So far I have 5 complete spinning setups. I also have additional reels laying around. All I really need is two more light or ultra light spinning rods and we will be good to go. Larry Dahlberg also sent me his DVD "The Hunt For Big Fish".... stand up guy! :thumbsup: I never got a response from Iaconelli.

What I am going to do starting next week is have a "tackle shop" in the classroom for the end of the week. Depending on the students behavior, they will be able to earn up to X amount of dollars. (fake money). When the week is finished, they will be given their money and be able to purchase rigs, bobbers, and bait. The students have been a little rowdy lately, so this should get them to straighten up a little bit. Thanks again everyone, we great appreciate all you have done for us! :wave:

I have some stuff that I can donate; (alot)bobbers, some small hooks, a few bags of soft plastics etc..

what is the best way to get ahold of you. I do know where the school is..

You can either get ahold of me on my cell phone, or show up at the school during our hours, 8:30 to 3:30. If you come to the school, tell them you are there to drop off supplies for the fishing program. Ask for Dave.

Dave I have some stuff for you:
Tackle bag and 3500 sized boxes
Hooks
some tackle such as soft plastics etc.

SWS are you going to take them fishing? If you need an extra hand and give me enough lead time I could probably help.
