Today OLC was visiting and we were doing some work around the store. Well it was so nice out that we took a break. Jumped in a rental boat and took a nice ride behind the Crest. Snow is all gone and it was well into the 50's with no wind. Rode around for almost two hours. Gulls, ducks, blue and night herons were all over the place. For middle of February it was a great day. Emotionally I was right there with you guys shoveling snow.

It certainly was a nice day. Last night I took a ride to graveling point and there was a night heron working the beach. The time is coming soon can't wait.

Nice Fred,

While I was looking at my overweight female boss in utter disgust all day, you were have a nice quiet ride behind the crest.....What an a$$. :D ....but I'm absolutely not jealous...... :D

you know, as much as I tell myself not to be jealous.......I am... :D
Did you check out the animal house? My neighbor is supposed to put in a new bulkhead this winter.I'll be down Sunday to say hello & check it out .
Fred you're my idle, when I'm your age I hope I have a job like yours. Pulling down 6 figures and spending my day around the docks, now thats living life the right way :D
I did see Fred and OLC cruising out back as I was working in Shawcrest. Was going to shout out a hello but whenever I looked out the window they where out of ear range. The big statie boat was out making rounds in the am. Just nice to see life on the waterway. Way to go Fred.

If I have to travel 65 miles I want something better than seabass pulling on my jig. :D
Fred, keep up with the good posts, its getting us threw the winter. :D
We test ran 4 ETEC repowers today on the Maurice River to find the right prop sizes. We will run another 3 on Thursday. Love this weather. It was very nice on the river today.

Not only 6 figures...don't forget all the women!!! Throves of women throwing them at Fred's feet...just for a few secret flounder spots and a Fall bag of bellies!LOL
Fred,
that's downright mean :(
Just got done shoveling a foot of snow off a 10 x 20 deck. I'll keep trying to think spring.
I'll be thinking of you guys while I am pulling my perch through the ice and snow this weekend in the poconos. Of course I will be there on the backside of the cold front. Brrrrrrrr. At least the soup will be warm.
Fred,

I can see why Hammer says you're his "idle" (IDOL) :D :D ;)

He is finally on his way home. Bad enough to be in China, but he was in Inner Mongolia.

He does lead one helluva tough life, that he does. I think he was in China 6 times last year and this is twice this year already. Next Month he will be in Ft McMurray Canada (500 miles North of Calgary) for nearly the whole month.
