Had Brian M, Paul, Tim, Tidas, Jay and Alex on the boat today. Started a bit slow in the morning with some life and a couple keepers. Made a big move and it paid off in spades. Was able to grind out some real quality fish. Guys finished the day with 20 keepers, with 5 fish over 10....Paul had a 12.5lb and Alex had the big boy of the day a 14.5lb fish. Great day with a great bunch of guys..
Awesome job Phil. I had a good day out today also. Caught my 2 personal best @ 9.21 and 8.45 and a few more fish over 5 pounds. We were in fairly close... about 50-70' of water.
I am totally obsessed with these creatures thanks to Phil. He took me out on First light years ago and got me hooked on these challenging beasts. Cant wait to Tile, tuna, and Fluke this summer. Maybe Ill even see Hammer and Rob again. Miss you two knuckleheads.
Brian, you will definitely see me soon!!!!  My pops has had some medical difficulties lately but looks like they are gonna be taken care of soon and look forward to seeing you guys and everyone this season SOON!!!
John I sucked again - got some good advice from Alex after watching him put on another clinic . I fish well for one or two, then suck for one or two. Far from consistent yet - lots to learn still.
I heard you've been killing it this spring. Great stuff man!
