I fished w/ a buddy today back behind topsail beach NC. We had bait everywhere so after cast netting 5 dozen mullet we anchored up in 2ft w/ an out going tide. We hit about 10-12 reds all in the 22-30" range. We only boated 8 fish. These things are like freight trains when the hit a mullet. It was awesome.I am feeling better about the fishery now that I caught a few decent fish.It is only gonna get better!! Still wish I was in nj eeling some bass in LEI
