first excursion

Tried to sneak out of work early friday to get some action fri night. Parkway traffic and late jump gave only 1/2 hr on water- boo. Braved the morning saturday, found a cove in a creek on west side of Barnegat Bay, north of old barney. We managed a short- lil pretty female (20 inches) and that was it. Got out Sunday for a little while, missed a couple, but no rods were broken or snapped in half in anger by captain. Rain/ Wind gear worked great. Chummed clams.
