Flounder fishing has been slow behind O.C. for me.
The water needs to warm up still before they get
aggressive...we've been getting a few keepers and
a handful of throwbacks each trip. By the way,
welcome to the barn!

BIG CHRIS, I have been fishing the back bay the last three days. The OC side has been pretty dead. Fished over on the Soners PT side Sun. & today. Water temp was 11 degres warmer there. Sunday we had 38 fluke but only kept one and a nice size Blue. Today we had 21 fluke kept 2. There's action but not a lot in the box.

Fished all day, tried every rig and bucktail, rainbow channel drag island, the inlet and behind Longport. Flounder fishing was the slowest I've ever seen it. 17 shorts averaging 12 in not one for the box. Hope everyone does better. Take care.
