in 10 yrs you will need
1 Fresh water lisense
a) bass stamp
b) catfish stamp
c) trout stamp
d) pond stamp
e) lake stamp

2) Salwater lisense
a) striper permit
b) fluke permit
c) weakfish permit
d) surf permit
e) sod permit
f) boat permit


etc etc etc

If you listen to George Poveromo he states that saltwater licenses were beneficial in Florida. Reason being that it gave the recreational angler a voice in policy due to the money it generates.

Yeah but in Jersey it will go to the General fund. I wouldn't have a problem if the monies were used for the fishery.

Bingo. Unless the fund is what's known as a "Constitutionally protected" fund, the money raised from fishing can go to repairing school buses in Camden.
