Fried fresh !!!!!
Got into some nice specks down here
Fried them up and it was as light/ white and tender as a flattie
These specks were still a bit mushy when compared to a red, snook, or striper but the meat firmed up nice fried
Wonder if the Florida version is better all the time when compared to weakfish ??
