Still around, just absorbed into a new business venture and had a lovely little girl that is my pride and joy! Had to trim some time some where unfortunately one was Internet usage! Ha!

My buddy popped it up on The Bass Barn! Thanks Dennis!

Hope everyone is well!

Beatiful fish, but why keep it? All those big fish are probably breeders and returning them will just make the future of the weakfish fishery that much better. Beleive me, I'm no PETA person, but releasing breeder weaks is something I'm all for.

Great cath, none the less

How do you know he didn't catch 12 of them and only keep this one? I caught 3 last Saturday and kept one for Sunday dinner! I guess you got a problem with that too? I figured I helped the resource by releasing two of them that I could legally keep! But I guess that's not good enough for some folks!

Beautiful fish Jeff, Just beautiful. A real trophy fish these days of few and far between. Nice to hear you are enjoying your little girl. Hope you can spare an evening sometime and join us at a SJCFA meeting. We now meet much closer to you, in Ocean City.

Thanks guys! I had some serious issues myself about keeping the fish matter of fact I mentioned it to my fishing companion for the day right away. I said, We have no camera or a scale and I would like to let it go free. He said I am nuts so I agreed. I've caught a lot of weak dogs but none this size, it was a fish of a lifetime for me and I elected to get it mounted. If I caught another one today it would most certainly be released. Thanks Bottom Bouncer! Caught it at 06:30, weighed it at 10:30, 14lbs, 11 oz was the 12# line class record, could of been close! Oh well!

Hello Ron, Alfredo, and all the Barn group. Yes Ron had a little girl, 11 months now and already is saying feeeesh! Oh yea!

White MT 4" long 3/8 lead head paintless. Old school, no bait!
