The suggestion that you chart the buoys on the first trip out is a good one. That said, you'd be assuming that they are in the right place to begin with (which is often the case in GE). Double check your marks with the latest Local Notice to Mariners published weekly by the Coast Guard. You can subscribe to get them via e-mail every week.
GE inlet
Last year i was blessed to keep the boat in Cape May...this year...i'll be in GE. I assume that inlet was messed up by the 5 or 6 noreasters we got this winter? Does anyone know if there will be dredge-work done on it this spring/summer? Gotta finalize my slip decision soon
