Breezee lee has a brand new ramp. It's on the rosd between Cape May and WWD. 15 bucks. I don't know how it would be at low tide but I think it would be ok at half or higher.

Where is the best ramp in Cape May and in Wildwood. I need one good enough to launch and pull out a 29' 11,000 lb boat with a float on trailer. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks aimless. I will give it a try.
BZL ramp is plenty deep to launch at any tide. It is a little shallow at deadlow for navigating to you should be alright if you trim your outdrives up a little and take it slow.
