Since the first keeper was dragged over the bank of the point on the 29th there has been consistant action every day since. Alot of short fish and gap fish... but there have been quite a few keepers and several fish 35" +. Although historically these bigger fish are not seen till a little later... this is a good sign of things to come in the next few weeks. Bloods and clams are both working for putting the fish on the end of the line.
After the weather setting me back about 2 weeks ... the boat will be splashing on Wed. morning and plan to fish this weekend.
Once she's floating, and shake down goes allright, I will post an open boat trip for the weekend.
Let the season begin !!!!
