Went down last night to see how the boat was holding up after all this rain.

I have never seen it like this in all my life. Unfortunately it was close to high tide when I arrived. Before getting to the first bridge I went through a "puddle" that was up past the bumper of my 4x4 Dodge Dakota. Once I got on the first bridge that was it, I couldn't go any further. It looked like there was only one big bay not the two I am used to seeing. First Bridge Marina had no lot, I couldn't see the road at all in the distance and there was actually white caps were I know the road to be.

I think I need to hit a carwash and get an under carriage wash done to remove any salt ;) :D

Unbelievable.

Yeah it's bad BB,,

I was crossing the Mullica this morning and it was flooded pretty good around the parkway also.
I hit that 1st puddle doing about 40 mpg and almost crapped myself. When I reached the bottom of the 1st bridge I decided to wait the tide out. By 9:00 PM it passable but barely passable. At 10:00 it was almost all road and very liitle water.
i have seen that road flooded many time as a kid, but that was before the bridges were rebuil and the road was finished!!! i used to go down there with my 4X4 and wonder if i was going to be able to go to the end!!!

So I would have only needed to wait 3 more hours (I was there at 5:30 - 6:00 ish. Glad I didn't try and wait it out.
