Hi everyone, we have lowered the price of our home for the final time to $219,900. We are extremely eager to sell so that we can move into a larger home to house all of Kaitlyn's toys. The market seems to be coming to a halt price wise and alot of the properties are just sitting on the market. Our realtor went to a conference and recieved info about setting up an investment guide on our home. At your request, we could send you the summary she provided us that shows this home as an AWESOME investment property. Due to the location of our home being so close to the Cape May Coast Guard Base, it would be a great home to invest with and to use as a year round rental for a Coast Guard family. You could actually make money on the home each month!! You could even use it as a rental property for your friends and family during the summer season. You would probably be spending less than if you rented a condo in Wildwood, Cape May or Ocean City for 5,000-8,000 per week and you wouldn't even have to pay to park . The neighbors are fabulous and the home is in great condition. The home has been completely remodeled inside and out. The utitily costs are extremely low and the home is easily maintained.
Please call or email Adam or Tracy for more information at (609) 602-6834 or (609) 425-5175
Gripptide...you need to turn the e-mail function on. Refer to the Dry Dock for instructions, or post it on this thread and I'll send ya an e-mail with the info! Thanks!
Showtime# 1- The home has more squarefootage than most of the three bedrooms in the area. However, if it is the "bedroom" that you need, there is plenty of space to expand out, back or up. We actually utilized the barn and had Gilly, a roofer complete our new roof so we know that there are always good people to help build! At that price, there are less than 5 houses that are cheaper in the Erma, North Cape May area. With a bedroom addition you may still come out on top!
I can recomend a carpenter if needed. Be kinda tough fer me to do any work in the CM area now. . I do still take responsibility to any leaks if there are any for the next coupole years though.
Just had an interested party walk thru, and am getting quite a bit of activity. If you're interested, I wouldn't hesitate to call as we're hoping for a quick sale! Thanks!
BeachBassard, if you set up your email on the barn or post you address for me, I can send you those pics. They were on The Barn Sale under the list price of $229,900 so if you look back, you may find them. Definitely try to convince the wife, it is great down here!
