Is there an open season on groundhogs? That little guy named Phil, on the coudiest of days managed to see his own shadow and condem us all to 6 more weeks of winter.
I need to get out. If we can't fish then maybe we need to go after that furry little guy.

I always liked that little rodent growing up as i grew up right outside of Punxsy. But take advantage of the cold weather and travel north a little bit and do some ice fishing.
