GSBB, thanks for recommending the Star Surf rods. Needed to replace a 10ft rod and was going to go with a couple of other brands but saw how much you liked them and you can't beat the price. Got to test it out a few weeks ago and really like how it casts.
No problem. You have to admit for the money they are pretty good rods. Seems they have changed their line for 2010. Seems like the Aerial series is now gone and replaced with the Stellar Surf Series. Seems they do not make the Stellar Lite in the larger Surf sizes anymore.
Like I mentioned and so have others, Star is true to their word on their Life Time Warrany on the Stellar Lite Series. They sent me one for free and I didn't need to pay the shipping either. Great company to do busines with in my opinion.
If anyone knows where I could get my hands on an 11 foot Aerial, another Barner is looking for one. With the Shops opening soon in New Jersey maybe someone will come across one. Shoot me an e-mail if you do. Thanks.
