Handheld GPS unit

I am looking for a handheld GPS unit to use in the backbays, and maybe the Delaware Bay. Any comments on what other Barners use ( brand; features) would be appriciated. Have seen units priced from $99.00 to $499.00+. Would want to keep $$$ in the $150.00 to $200.00 range, unless a good unit can be had for less. Thanks for any info.

I used a Garmin late last year tracking
some spots in the BackBays of OC,Pretty Neat
Tool...

Also,
