Portly is right. I usually go towards the end of May. Had a insane Mahi bite last year. Worth putting something out for a hoo as well and you can drag some marlin lures.

I'm hoping the YFT's will stick around this year till the end of May. I'll be down the 15th to the 22nd running out of Hatteras. I'm hoping the rockpile and 280 rocks will be holding fish. Any other Yankees who want to buddy up let me know, that inlet is fierce and it's nice to have some company when off your home turf!
