HELP!! ACCESS TO A HOCKEY PRO???

THE Kevin J. Snyder Memorial Foundation is having a "Skate for Kevin" celebrating a sport he dearly loved and played with a passion for the last 4 years of his life. I contacted the Flyers organization and they told me that their "community representative" Bob Kelly was not available and their back up two..Bernie and Joe Watson were on vacation, then no other option. I'm really bummed because when I first talked to them, they assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Anyways.. this is a huge group of people from all over the place, I just thought I would give it a try. I know Ron Hextall has a child that is about the same age as my Kevin was and actually played against her in tournaments. If anyone has any information on how to contact someone, could you please pass it to me. My email is listed here. Thanks guys. you're all the best!!!!

WOW Thats a tuff one. most of the players are out of town now.my neighbor babysits for esche and dejardin. if i get a hold of him i will ask. brasheer who i know is out of town and probably wont be back. you could go to the flyers skate zone in voorhees and poke your nose around.

The Flyers alumni are very active in the community. I'm sure someone will be available if you make sure food and drink is there for them!!

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH GUYS.. I KNEW I COULD COUNT ON Y'ALL... THIS IS THE BEST BUNCH OF PEOPLE A GIRL COULD GET TO KNOW.. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT. I DID EMAIL THE PHANTOMS AND WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THEM. BUT I KNOW ALOT OF THE EX PLAYERS STILL LIVE IN THE AREA THOUGHT I WOULD TRY YOU FIRST.

When is the event? I know Bill Barber and his is still in the area. Also know the team Chiropractor professionaly and he may be of some help with players who are around for your date.

You can also try DiOrieos bar in Somers Point just about any weekend night and find Bob Clark and or Steve Coats swilling a few back... May want to add a post on Orangeandblack.net or flyersphans.com plenty of good info there...

Don Saleski lives down the street from me in Avalon, I think his # is in the book...Kerr is at the other end of the street and you can get him at his real estate office.

The director of hockey operations in Vineland is Tim Fingerhut formerly of the Penguins, he's very approachable and always there, he could probably help.

ALSO ARE YOU HAVING ANY KIND OF RAFFLES OR ANYTHING. I HAVE A HOCKEY STICK SIGNED BY BOBBY CLARKE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BY HIM PERSONALLY AT A FUNCTION I ATTENEDED SOME YEARS AGO.THE STICK IS NOT ONE HE USED BUT ITS SOMETHING.
