Help...With winterizing....

Hey guys...Happy holidays to all and a safe and happy New year to all...I know its a little late but have not run my boat for a month and need to get it winterized and am going to do it tommorrow..Is there anything to look for or do extra because of how cold its been..What is the best way being thats it been so cold and i'm doing it now...Thanks for any help... as always greatly appreciated...Pazman
