Herring and Mackerel

Anyone know whats happening with the Mackerel fishing? A few weeks ago they were to far off shore to make it practical for most head boats, anyone know of a captain thats hitting them now? What about the herring? I havent seen any posts about good herring runs. I expect with the full moon coming this weekend and a few days of warm weather we should be setting up for a big run this weekend.
