Wow, that was certainly a catch of a lifetime and to get it all on video, who could ask for anything better. Nice video of the release to. His wife did a great job with the video. He is a braver man than me. That water had to be freezing cold, but with the adrenaline rush I am sure he didn't feel the cold at all. I remember Keith from the fly club days and bump into him once in awhile when he is in his boat. It couldn't of happen to a nicer guy and it had to be one of the best videos that I have see. Keith deserves that fish as he has put in his time and paid his dues through the years.

When was this from, I don't see a date but I know it's not that recent because the beach sand is clean and not full of broken shells from replenishment. That was an awesome catch on any rod, let alone an 8 weight.

I saw blast from the past and clean sand, I don't spend too much time on SJ beached but the ones I've been on are loaded with broken clam shells. That was one sweet catch and release.
