Im now in Cecil County Md. According to the DNR, I dont have to pay tax on teh motor. Im thinking maybe i want to buy in Del. Does anybody have a good recommendation for Honda and Yamaha Dealers in Delaware, or the CEcil Harford Balt County area of Md. Price and Service are my main concerns, tho frankly price is more than service with new motors.

I bought my boat from "Hooked on the Bay" up in North East MD. I was impressed with their mechanic. Don't know about pricing however. I'd give them a try. Oh, I got a Yami, I think they do Honda as well.

My last boat was repowered by Rudy Marine in DE with a Yamaha F115. Yes no tax at all in DE.

I bought my boat in Delaware at Rudy Marine along with another 175 HP Outboard for my Father and yes there is no Tax They sometimes have deals for leftover and prior year models which can offer substantial savings. Talk to Tom and see what he can do for you.
