i was wondering what type & size, bronze or black hooks you guys prefer to use for;

for me it's:
texas riggin 7''worm or lizards-3/0 offset round bend (black) gami
texas riggin 10'' worm- 5/0 offset round bend (black) gami

also has anybody used the VMC spinshot hooks for dropshottin...i don't dropshot much but i think i will try them out.

I like Gami, but if you catch a record fish using a Mustad hook you can win a million bucks to I am going to use them also, YOU NEVER KNOW HA.

I am definitely going to try those spin shot hooks.

I like round bend offset for most of my fishing. I go through a lot of hooks and it gets expensive. Most of my hooks are made in America Eagle Claws.

I don't like EWG hooks because physics says they don't work properly. I have an article about this on my blog.

The VMC spinshot is a really neat and innovative idea.

Advantage: you can go to 2lb test for the dropper line

Disadvantage: the hook weighs more, is free swinging rotationally, and you have an extra knot to fail on the rig.
