Considering a change of pace. We have over 6 ac with a 3 br 1.5 ba full basement home. The farm has a 15 stall 30x80 pole barn, a 10x40 feed trailer, 2 out buildings, 7 paddocks, riding areana, and a2 ac pasture.Just next to a 4000 ac county park for riding.
Was appraised two years ago for 380k, if interested we can talk.
With just 10 horses boarded the mortgage will be around $0 per month (thats right zero).

how can you board 10 horses on a 2 acre pasture???
I understand the barn has 15 stalls but there must not be a blade of grass in the field... I am only allowed one head per acre for large animals ( cows, horses.) and 3 head per acre for small animals (goats, pigs,etc.) Just wondering how you do it???

Winslow Twp is lower Camden county near rt73 & the ACE. It is not Timber Creek but near by.
Horses that are hay fed do not apply to the 1 acre rule, I can have up to 22 horses on this property if I had shelter for that many.
