On the old boat used to just watch the depth but with a new Raymarine C120 I am going to start plotting my drifts and marking my spots where I hook up. I have caught alot of fluke just driftin around in the back bays but hopefully will be able to pinpoint locations and increase my catches.

How do you use electronics to improve your fluke catches?

you can also hit the mob button and retrace your path back to where you hooked up if you are close enough to the unit

i also watch my drift pattern and try waypoints from last season for places i hit with success

Good question, I mainly use the electronics in the back keeping an eye on the depth and trying to work the edges/drop offs along the channel and water temps this time of the year. Same with fishing outfront but also rely more on gps for areas that have been good on prior trips..
