I hear a lot about the Sea Isle Lump being a hot spot for stripers. On the chart, it looks like it might be a little close to 3 mile closed to striper fishing cutoff. Is it within the cutoff or is it a C&R proposition?

A close one, huh? Kind of like an area where the speed limit drops from 55mph to 35mph with a cop behind the first bush. Do the fish-cops ever patrol it?

We got some on the inside edge last fall, trolling stretches and umbrellas.

90% of the lump is outside the limit. The CG was there a few times toward the end of Dec.

Yes we were, it's just a start. We will be there in force this year aswell.
