That was caught on Lake Dixon in california some years ago. Supposedly it weighed over 25lbs, but it was foul hooked, weighed and released. They found the fish last year I believe floating in the water dead. I think her weight was 19lbs when they found her.

I don't think he looks unhappy I just think he is having trouble holding it. It looks kinda heavy.

I think this is one of the original living ones cause that is mac weakly holding the fish.

If you watch the video at the NatGeo link I provided above, it shows them taking that photo after they foul hooked it and weighed it (25.1 lbs).

Man she was beautiful I hope she had alot of spawns and that a couple of her frys that made it has that "freak" gene, so we can have a Dottie II.
