Hello everyone. It’s been a long time since I have been on the BARN!! I moved to lower Delaware in 2012 and sold my boat Trying to get back into fishing. Has anyone else heard from a few old members like Ding, Slammer, Striperbob, bobever. How about the marinas at Matt’s landing. I used to be at Popeyes for several seasons Are they still in Business? I hope to get back to fishing and get to posting some reports. It will be good to wet a line

LOL I often wonder what became of them. Ding is still doing surveys the last I heard.There use to be that guy who always pulled dumb moves with a handle of TopicDick or something. And Barnfest! Bob ever and mrs crabby..I haven't seen them. For whatever reason the barn got cursed. People refused to post here, and FB, Instagram and other sites gave people an out. why the Hull Truth flourished and BB crashed I'll never know. You should go over to THT some old-timers are on there to this day with old handles.

AND the stripers left delaware bay. Nobody knows why. And the large BFT that frequented inshore lumps down your way kind of moved off. And over 20+ years old timers left boating and or fishing. And the younger ones never came here. Things change. You can still get some good help here. You also want to listen for other groups , like on Group Me.

Dunk not Ding was the surveyor, Chunking is now Doorgunner on another site. I have been starting the LER thread every year since JZ and LJ left but I won't be starting it this year. It was the only thread that actually talked fishing but it pretty much died last year and I've lost interest. I think that some of the older guys that used to be great have passed away, other sites are facing the same issues that the BB had. I still check in but really not much activity here, I would love to see that change though, I still like the idea!!
