Went out icin today. Caught a decent amount of gills and 1 perch. We kept 25 for a nice fish fry must have caught bout 50 between 3 of us.

Awesome. Got um home filleted them up. And fried all of them right up and ate them all. There awesome. I dodnt eat all of the by myself offcourse me and my dad and my friend. We never freeze our fish, their so much better fresh.

Yes i have a lake that i fish with an awesome panfish fishery. Its got the biggest gills, perch, and crappies i ve ever seen. Yes i bread them and fry them. Sumtimes with breadcrumbs and sumtimes with flour. We also grill them and deep fry them too. Their great. In my opinion their the best frshwater fish to eat. U gotta go out and getcha some. Trust me u will love them.:thumbsup:
