Im looking to Install Lenco Trim Tabs on a Dusky 256fac with twin 150’s,could use some Info,I have 12inch from the Motor Bracket to the out side edge of the Hull,so the widest trim tab that will fit would be 12inch,Lenco has tabs 12x12 and 12x18,with 12 being the width of the tabs, what size would work best on A 28FT CC,I would Appreciate any Info.

You might be good with the 12x12 Lenco tabs. The 12x18 (18 being the length) might give you too much tab(I can check with a few guys I work with and give you a better answer). It is usually more width the better, but I could be wrong.

By the way, your top looks great, Good Luck with 2010.

On their site, they recommend a 12 X 18 for your size boat. They have 2 one of which is an edge install.

Write to them just in case you have a warranty issue later on.

12 x 12

If you only have 12" between the bracket and the outside edge, I think that the 12 x 12 is your only choice. A 12 x 18 needs 18" of transom for attachment and if I understand your measurement, that's not going to work.

They are 12in wide and 18in long;)
We have them on the Cape Horn

Go with the longer ones
I wish ours were a little bigger!!

My 23 was the same way without tabs. Tabs made a huge difference. Call Dusky and see what they put on them.
