as i was heading home friday we went across the bridge tunnell and saw many boats everywhere from 1 side to the other but after the second tunnell i saw about a 55' headboat with it's bow about 15' to 20' sticking under the northbound side. Saw the name but noy enough time to focus on it. Had a decent crowd--it was flat.didn't think it was legal??

i saw that two comming home on saturday there where three head boats then, everyone croweded around the bow.

a few years ago i was told by the costies that they don't want boats anchored or tied to any bridge. The bridge was the rio. I assume the head boat was anchored maybe by the stern?? Very little wind and flat as the top of fu's head.
