Jumped on the Ocean explorer with Capt. Scotty...always a pleasure. The fishing was slow, he worked his *** off trying new peices if we could not get a chew going. A few blackfish and ling were caught...alot of pout and monster eels too. My buddy won the pool with a 3lb tog which was caught on clam intended for ling.....of course i had 3 doz whites that went barely touched. I dont think the fishing is over, it just got to cold to fast and the fish did not have much time to adjust and move offshore. I believe once they settle down, they will chew heavy once more before they get to sketchy to catch. But what do i know? Back out saturday in Ocean city, ill report back.
