Oh yeah.... I'm tax accessed at 385K and refinanced last year. New value was 128K for mortgage purposes... I can make the Weds meeting...

Yep been going through it for the last two year. Get your comps, make sure you have the proper ratio for you town and find comps by 10/2011 comparable to you home when you go in.

You have to shout a > 15% drop in your value to the low side of the townbsips scale.

Oh and if you had any work done and id not get a permit like replacing cabinets then kiss it goodbye.
