I like and use powder paint, its the most durable, especially if you can bake it a bit in a small toaster oven....almost never chips or peels...

Dry paint works best and not messy
If using a toaster oven you can paint 10-12 at a time
heat jig up at 350, drop temp to 300 dip jigs in dry paint put back in oven, once paint smooths out repeat for 2 coats
drop temp to 275 and watch until paint cools, open toaster let jigs cool down, once paint feels hard put back in open at 225 for 15 minutes and you will handle best paint coat you ever saw

Use an old toaster oven, pre-heat jigs, paint and rebake, they will last forever, ie hair gone or hook broke, before the head gets too chipped up.
Remember !!! Do not use her oven, getr an old toaster, leave it in your shop. " THE DRIPS DO NOT COME OFF OF THE OVEN "
