If it has certification from the repack and the price is right compared to new, I would go for it. If there was something wrong with it, the repack process would have identified the problem. Figure the new ones come with a 10-12 year warranty (if you keep up with the required inspection/repacks), so it probably has some good years left.
certain life raft such as switlik or viking use real rubber which last the longest.
the fact that the raft has been recently repack is a great sign and should be fine. repacks on life raft are very expensive....but repack means the raft is blown up check for leaks, inspection of seams, all rafts contents changed updated, and co2 are charged or replace. etc.
life raft need to be repacked every 3 yrs or what ever exp. date on repack says ad will last well over 10 years and insome cases 15 +
