My friends and I are looking for options for living next year in Bryn Mawr, or anywhere else near Villanova. Either close to Rt 30 in Bryn Mawr or close very close to campus would be best. We are looking for any options from 2-6 people to see what we have open to us. The lease would probably be from June 2006 until May 2007. We are hoping to spend about $500 per month per person.
We are students, and many won't rent to us, but as far as college students go we are pretty easy on our rooms.
