Lost my antenna on the drive home yesterday due to the fact I didn't fold it down . This is my 2 nd time in 5 yrs . Now I'm looking for a Shakespeare 5225 xp . Any suggestions on a different one ? not that I don't like the 5225 , Just asking .

I love it. Mine is on a t-top and it is 6db. Perfect reception. I get at least 15 miles out of it.

this is not a 8 ft antenna and will not perform nearly as well as the shakespeare. antenna height has a lot to do with range, clarity and performance.
