has anyone fished the manahawkin impoundments if so what kind of fish does it hold and how was it

I've fished them many times and have always had good results. I usually jst fish the shorelines with soft jerk baits. You can go out and easily catch 10 to 20 lm. The problem is that they do not have any real size to them, but on light tackle its always a good time.
