First "REAL" trip of the year today on the 23 Reg. Broke MI @ 7:30 and ran North to the big not-so-secret rocky place. Pulled Stretch 25's and umbrella rigs for awhile- nothing. Found the bait piled up pretty good in around 45' so we tried chunking and even livelining for a while without a touch. Back to the slip before the weather came through. FWIW, based on the radio chatter it sounded like things were quite a bit hotter up in the bay.

As always- "Say When" on 6-8. Go get 'em.

Thanks for the report. Neighbor was up there by you. He got one bite and one fish in 8 hours of work. Bunker was scarce according to him.

Yeah the bunker definitely weren't as thick as they will be in a few weeks but we managed to find a few sports where they were thick enough to snag. The bite up there a few days before had been decent from what I'd been hearing but it will only be improving from here!
