Can tog be caught around bridges and rock piles NOW?I've seen guys fishing for them in the summer or spring what about now?If they can how do rig to do that?Thanks in advance guys.Bored and broke looking for something to do.

They typically are gone by this time of year, like 2 months ago but the water temps have been high and I know they were catching them off the jettys in Cape May up until a few weeks ago. They were catching them just a few miles off the beach on structure not long ago also. The Cape May Reef has slowed down some I don't know if its from the water temps or fishing pressure. So go for it with low expectations.
