Well,
I had met a yamaha tech today to go over the boat. After Yamaha told me that the engine should not be run completely down, I did not buy the "resolution"

The tech and I met and ran the boat. After watching 3 bald eagles fight over territory, we got down to business.

Long one short, for the first time in 2.5 years, there was a "real" problem with the carbs.

Carb #1 had one port clogged causing it to act the way it did.

This is good and bad because yamaha claimed that I had the motor tilted in to far and told me not to run it trimmed out. It took me finding a outboard mechanic with 35 years in the business to really troubleshoot the problem.

I am happier that the motor is fixed but I am still mad that a yamaha rep would abandon the troubleshooting side and claim that the motor was tilted to far off of level.

Anyone want to go clamming?

Go with me and you will be so cold you will peeing on your berries
You need some type of lower half neoprene to keep you from getting wet

You need to focus on finding a job not clamming.

If you're taking Joe and AJ clamming I don't want to see the type of clams they want to catch. :D

Sounds like you got your motor figured out, lets cross our fingers and see if lasts till summer.
