Hey guys just wanted to know what rod and reel combo everyone uses for flounder blue stripers and weakies. I'm in the market for a new rig and I would like to know what everyone recomends. Thanks in advance!

Chief,
I like to mix my rods up with a Shimano Sustain 4000 using a 8'St.Croix Tidemaster,6.6" G.Loomis GL2 and 7'G.Loomis IMX for all of those species.

It also depends on how you will be fishing,by boat or off land.I fish 90% of the time off the sodbanks and beaches....

Which G-Loomis do you like better? I throw most of my lures off of the sods with a St. Croix but would like to purchase a G-Loomis this season.
My go to Sodbank Rod would be the G.Loomis 7'IMX.
This rod is so light but very strong,it will easily subdue a 20lb fish and you will love the experience of the fight with it...

It's considered a Popping Rod and throws lures and jigs between 1/4-5/8oz's..Fast Action and is line rated for 8-17lbs,model # PR844S...
